BYU vs. OU

While here in Texas for Labor Day weekend, my brother, Jacob, got tickets for the BYU vs. OU game. It was at the new Cowboys stadium. My brother-in-law, Ryan, brother, Jacob, his wife, Nanitzi, and my Dad all went. We watched the last 3 minutes on TV. It was a pretty exciting game! BYU won 14-13!! Everyone said the stadium is amazing, Thanks Jacob for such a fun night!

"The Art of Brick"

When we went to Kansas City the last weekend in July, my brother, David, and his wife, Ayanna, took us to the Crown Center mall. There they had a LEGO exhibit, "The Art of Brick". It was a free walk through of these amazing LEGO sculptures. They had about 30 sculptures all made out of LEGO bricks. It was really neat. After we walked through the exhibit, we visited the the Hallmark visitor center. It was across the street from the Crown Center. It was a lot of fun. We had a great weekend in Kansas City!! Thanks David and Ayanna!!

My New Car!!!

I wish!!! This isn't my new car. This is our family's new car. But... if I get to drive it, I will be happy. Hope you enjoy looking at it as much as I do!! :)

The Zoo

The day before Sarah and Joseph left we took them to the zoo. We have an amazing zoo here. They have a new stingray exhibit this summer. It was really neat. We were able to pet and hand feed them. After reading the sign that tells you that their teeth are capable of crushing a clam shell, I was a little nervous to stick my hand into the water. But I am still alive to blog about it! We also enjoyed watching the penguins get fed, a sea lion show, and a train ride around the zoo. Sarah, Joseph, Grandpa. Grandma, Joseph, and Me.
