Grant's Farm

Grant's Farm is always a favorite of ours. I think my favorite part is being able to feed the goats with baby bottles. It was lots of fun. Enjoy the pictures.

We also were able to feed camels right out of our own hands. It was pretty crazy!Carter loved it!!Nanitzi, on the other hand, not so much. :)I have to admit I wasn't a big fan either. The camel ate the food out of my hand, but the camera didn't take fast enough. So they said, just hold your hand out for the picture. Well, let me just warn you. Never stick your hand near a camel's mouth without food. The camel took my whole hand in it's mouth. I pulled it out pretty fast, but that did not get rid of the camel spit dripping from my hand. We Are Family

While Joseph and Sarah were here, John took us to his work to look at one of the ambulances he drives. John is our family's current EMT. It was very interesting. My first time in an ambulance. Hopefully I won't need to ride in one anytime soon. :) After we left Johns work, we stopped by Ted Drewes, a famous St. Louis tradition. I love how most of our families traditions revolve around food. Got to love frozen custard!! :) June 12, 2010Catherine and Thomas. We made another annual trip to SnoBiz in Uncle Dan's truck. Joanna and Nanitzi came in to town for a few days. We had a great time. I also met Thomas, my newest nephew, for the first time!

Circus Flora-We had a great time. We had really good seats and were able to see all the neat tricks up close. They also had pony rides, most of the kids enjoyed the pony's. Mom's friend, Theresa, was able to join us. That night we had a great time. Everybody came over for a bar-b-que and slip-n-slide.

Memorial Day in Kansas City

We had a great memorial day weekend! We spent it with my brother, David, and his wife, Ayanna, and their little girl, Shaia. We hadn't seen Shaia since January. She is growing so fast. While we were there she started to scoot around. She will be walking before we know it. Catherine, John, and Andrew were all able to come with us. It was their first time to meet Shaia. May 30th was Catherine and John's 2nd wedding anniversary. We bought them a cake from the same bakery where we got their wedding cake. This is the same pattern as their original cake What a great weekend!! May 30 and 31, 2010

Proud to be a Billiken

Back in May, Catherine graduated from St. Louis University with her masters in public health. We were glad we were able to share this day with her. A daughter of St. Louis University FOREVER! :) Congrats!! May 14, 2010 and May 22, 2010

Oklahoma!

Come see my play this weekend! Rodgers and Hammerstein's Oklahoma! It is going to be a great show. When: Thursday, May 27th at 7pm, Friday, May 28th at 7pm, Saturday, May 29th at 2pm and 6pm. Pre-show festivities- Along with the shows join us for the fun pre-show festivities which start 1 hour before each show.

Thursday- Pre-show reception, square dance demonstration & lessons, live music, pie auction.

Friday- Pre-show reception, square dance demonstration & lessons, live music, pie auction.

Saturday matinee- Ice cream social, live music, pie auction

Saturday at 6pm- Ice cream social, live music, pie auction Bring a blanket & a picnic dinner to enjoy on the lawn while enjoying the pre-show activities!! WHERE: Carl Reininger Theatre at Timberland High School, 559 E Highway N, Wentzville, MO 63385 Ticket prices are $7 for children 3-17 or seniors (55 and over), $8 for adults.
